Savor a five-course dinner curated by chefs Bob Nidiffer and Melba Wagner, featuring comforting classics with a modern twist and the natural sweetness of our Organic Medjool Dates. As you dine under the stars with the Gila Mountains as your backdrop, you’ll be serenaded by the Yuma Orchestra and surrounded by warm desert hospitality.

All events except for the Valentine’s Dinner are community-style (one long table). For Valentine’s, tables may be set as an intimate table for two or as group tables for 4+ guests — making it a romantic or shared experience.
