- Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable. If you’re unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else by emailing hello@hightanks.com with their name.• Outside food and beverages are not permitted on-site.
- Rescheduling is possible if requested at least 7 days before the event, with a potential transfer fee. Email hello@hightanks.com to request rescheduling.
